I offer a range of coaching packages to suit your budget or lifestyle. There are also 15% discounts for those who book four sessions in advance. Pick the package that suits you and then contact me.

1. Face-to-face/telephone/skype coaching (1 hour sessions):

Basic Rate: £65 per hour
With 15% discount: £55 per hour  (£221 for 4 sessions)

2. Face-to-face/telephone/skype coaching (45 minute sessions):

Basic Rate: £50 per 45 minutes
With 15% discount: £42.50 per 45 mins (£170 for 4 sessions)

3. E-coaching with a maximum of 8 email contacts:

Flat rate of £150 per month

4. E-coaching with a maximum of 4 email contacts:

Flat rate of £75 per month

5. Instant Messenger Coaching (1 hour sessions)

Basic Rate: £50 per hour
With 15% discount: £42.50 per hour
(£170 for 4 sessions)

6. Instant Messenger Coaching (45 minute sessions)

Basic Rate: £40 per 45 minutes
With 15% discount £34 per 45 mins
(£136 for 4 sessions)

7. Low Income Offer

If you are on a very low income, I can provide a long term
payment scheme for any of the above packages, which is
negotiable upon application. However, I only keep 4 clients on
this offer at any one time, so you may have to be prepared to
wait for this service.
